GCS Construction are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist with major civil engineering Rail projects based in Berkshire. My client is a well-established contractor who are actively looking for an experienced (at least 6-7 years post graduate) commercially minded individual to join their successful team.
The SQS will assist with a portfolio of projects on behalf of TFL including works on London Underground, Overground and the DLR. The candidate needs to have a diverse range of experience within Rail/Civils.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, the ideal candidate will have a:
* Qualification in quantity surveying
. General Rail experience with either a main contractor or sub-contractor
. Sound knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts
