Senior Quantitative Developer Wanted (95510)

Currently we are searching for a Quant developer for one of our clients in Amsterdam. It is a project with a minimum duration of 6 months with option to extend.

Job description:

- You will have a leading role with respect to design and implementation of integrated risk management software.
- You will play a coaching role (not line management) to quantitave analysts contributing code
- You will be the interface for the team when it comes to implementation to parts of the code into a production environment
- The programming languages you will be using most frequently will be JAVA and R

Required skills/experience:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing quantitative code
- Analytic skills (university level > a PhD is a Plus)
- Extensive experience with an Object Oriented programming language
- Good understanding of databases
- Familiar with regulatory requirements
