Senior Quant Developer, Investment Management- Boston, 130-160k

An international investment management firm in Boston is looking for an experienced senior quantitative developer to join a fast-paced and exciting technology group supporting an asset allocation strategy team. The quant technology group develops and supports research, portfolio construction and investment operation applications for the asset allocation team. The role will involve working closely with the teams and quant research analysts to develop and implement quant and risk solutions within the money markets and bonds areas. The candidate needs to have a strong knowledge of diverse financial asset classes, including equities, fixed income and derivatives. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support validation on back testing and financial modeling as well as participate in the technology architecture design and documentation. Candidates must have a strong quantitative background and those with hands-on experience on the buy side are preferred. As you will be partnering with a variety of teams and senior management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
