Senior Quanity Surveyor

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based from our Basingstoke office. A 3 month minimum contract you will be involved in multidiscipline projects within the Highways sector as well as a mixture of construction and maintenance works, from bridges and highway maintenance to new builds and renewals.

In order to apply for this position you must have the following:

- Experience of being in a client facing position including Highways Agency
- Proven experience of both pre and post contract duties
- Experience of working within Highways projects

Membership of recognised professional body or in process of applying for same

Role Information

Mainly office based however will be expected as required
Pre contract - Estimating, Risk, Value management, tendering
Post contract; Contract administration and day to day management of the projects.
