Senior QA Test Manager

As a Senior QA Test Manager, you will liaise and report to the Program Business Project Manager and Workstream Lead for Output Tests and Leads analysis, You will be responsible for the supporting and coordinating the respective tests and test teams, monitoring and documenting the test deliveries while also supporting the IT Program Test Management Team during the Front to Back test phases.

Your main responsibilities will be:

*Document target state test progress and test results using CS Tools and Standards
*Conduct walk-throughs with key stakeholders
*Support and coordinate the output test execution
*Assist with the analysis of the test approach and the review of the deliveries
*Make sure the deliveries are conducted in time
*Monitor and document the test progress
*Partners with the Business representatives for Output Tests to review the progress and revise the approach if necessary
*Partners with IT Program Test Management to review the progress and for consultancy on any necessary actions
*Defect Management
*Lead and coordinate task forces to speed up test execution
*Supports business testers in executing their tests

For this position you will need the following skills and experience/knowledge:

*Over 8 years experience
*Fluent in English and German
*University under-graduate degree, preferably in computer science or similar
*An ISTQB/ISEB Certificate
*A Banking and/or Consultancy background
*Working in large companies on large programs.
*BA experience
*Excellent communication and presentation skills- a natural speaker with the ability to interact with ease with people at all levels of the business.
*Testing tools (HP ALM, JIRA, SharePoint)
*End-to-End Tests, Defect Management.
