APPLICANTS MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE SPECIFIED LOCATION
For Our telecom client based here in Zürich we are currently searching for a SENIOR TEST ENGINEER
The successful candidate must have Experiences with
1. German Speaking will be benefit.
2. Should be Sr. Testers as it is a new environment, so need people to learn quickly which will not be possible with junior testers.
3. Resources to be on board by 1-2 weeks
4. Scope of CIC - Upgrade of Customer Information Contact Centre systems from V 3.0 to 4.0
5. ACD: Tools used to route calls
6. IVR
7. Voice Recording
8. Telecom Experience is Must
9. Experience with regression, integration and system level test execution.
10. Experience in the use of defect tracking tools.
11. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
