IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Establish yearly purchasing budget plan and cost reduction plan for several plants and satellites
-Maintain the processes to be compliant with the global Procedures in Purchasing to meet TS 16949 requirements
-Establish goals and objectives for each individual member or purchasing team to achieve the required results for the Budget
-Set training and carrier plan for each member of purchasing team
-Lead personally major negotiations for the plant
-Capital expenditure up to 50K€
-Direct material in accordance with Commodity strategy
-Non productive material management for tank systems in Germany, Czech republic and satelites
-Support implementation of European/Global Commodity Strategy
-Support of plant in case of severe quality or logistic problems which are beyond plant logistic resolution
-Supporting improvement of working capital management
-Achieve supplier PPM target set up for actual year
-Support PPAP on time 1st time right
-Reduce nr. of 8D reports
-Monthly monitoring and reporting of supplier performance
-Cost saving vs budget
-NPM saving
-Supplier reduction vs budget
-Yokoten/PPS per yearly targets

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-International experience as a Purchasing Manager
-Longtime experience in the Automotive industry
-Fluency in English
-Assertiveness and strategic thinking
