Senior Propositions Manager

We are looking for a Propositions Manager to join our large retail banking client within their Canary Wharf offices in London.

The project will be working across a number of the banks digital products, creating a strategy to find out how and why customers use the products. They are looking for someone to prioritise, define, develop and deliver Digital demand and change initiatives into customer centric value propositions. You will be working with key business stakeholders, channel and product owners to define requirements and ensure they are met.

In order to be considered for this role you MUST have:
- Around 7-10 years experience as a Senior Propositions Manager
- Significant experience of working in customer centric industries
- Experience working with key business stakeholders, channel and product owners to ensure that requirements are fully articulated, documented and understood with propositions delivered to scope
- Be a clear communicator
- Background with Digital projects
- Background in Banking
