MY DUTIES:

- Project Management in MVP for Pre-sales and Post-sales teams
- Design & global rollout of Service Cloud/Genesys
- Coordinate the cross-subteam meetings
- Coordinate compilation of the steering committee
- Track scope changes and evaluate its impact on the project
- Conceptually work out the exit / closing criteria for the MVP and each rollout

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Deep knowledge in agile Project Management
- Deep knowledge in Genesys
- Fluent oral and written English skills
