Senior Project Stream Manager - Supply Chain Mapping

Randstad Professionals is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager for their client in Basel.
Major Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to develop project stream charter and project stream plans
- Plan, schedule, and control project stream activities to fulfil objectives and satisfy project stream requirements and strategy
- Develop and drive integrated project stream plans, aligning project stream tactics with project strategy
- Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project stream resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Lead risk management within project stream team, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
- Manage project stream within established scope, schedule, and budget
- Facilitate and lead effective project stream meetings and workshops, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity
- In collaboration with project team and program manager, develop, execute and sustain effective project communication, training and change management plan
Qualifications:
Education - Minimum: BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience
Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of effective PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLY CHAIN AND PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
- EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLY CHAIN (VALUE STREAM) MAPPING
- Strong understanding of business process development
- Proficient knowledge and application of disciplined project management processes
- Working knowledge of regulatory, quality requirements and processes
- Strong written/oral communication, facilitation and presentation skill
- High proficiency with the use of MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates effective decision-making and the ability to identify issues requiring appropriate escalation
- Proven ability to create strong working relationships with respect to cultural diversity and working styles
- Demonstrated ability to organize, lead, and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans; demonstrated ability to drive for results and manage projects
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable, measurable tasks
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing environments
