Senior Project Purchasing Manager for Lab Equipment & Lab Supplies (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordination of project related purchasing activities for lab and bio tech equipment in cross functional teams
-Alignment with the business partner and or engineers re technical specifications and the global Sourcing Manager commercial strategy
-Requesting and following up on quotations from national and international vendors
-Managing the RFP process
-Negotiations with suppliers and preparation of the respective contracts (e.g. Supply Agreements)
-Evaluation/analysis of quotations and proposals from RFPs, gathering facts to facilitate the decision based on TCO, awarding the contract
-Documentation of savings
-Complaint management
-Ensuring compliance with corporate purchasing policy

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering or pharmacology with an additional business education or degree in business education profound contracting/sourcing/purchasing experience in international markets, with a strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processes
-In-depth knowledge of the global market for laboratory equipment
-Comprehensive communication skills as well as strong project management skills
-Very good command of English
-SAP R/3 and MS Office
