Senior Project/Product Manager, Global Digital Marketing (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Be the project owner for our customers reimagination project with focus on finishing market roll-outs according to our project plan
- In these market roll-outs, lead the collaboration with internal stakeholders to define market-specific goals and requirements, manage timelines, communication as well as expectations
- Work closely with content editors and the web publishing team to create the new market sites
- Proactively identify and communicate road blockers and develop solutions or processes to overcome these
- Collaborate with UX and UI designers and different technical implementation teams to elaborate new features and manage and prioritize the implementation backlog
- In parallel to the market roll-outs, identify optimization opportunities for user journeys and conversion points to bring the customers website to the next level
- Work with sibling teams to run optimization (A/B) tests and incrementally incorporate optimizations in our site ort team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- A proven track record in digital project or product management
- Proven experience in managing web initiatives: website redesigns, website
- Maintenance and optimization
- Solution and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, think differently and see solutions where others don`t
- Experience supporting SEO, Content, and Conversion Rate Optimization teams
- Experience working with technical teams and marketing teams is highly preferred
- Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a must
- Experience with web content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication and relationship building skills. Experience partnering closely with cross- functional partners from a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds
- Strong written and spoken English language skills required
