Senior Project Planer MS Project (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Maintaining the project schedule(s) (using MS Project), project plans and timelines
- Track work package progress, deadlines, deliverables
- Implement resource planning in the project schedule(s) and co-ordinate with the line managers on the allocation and availability of the planned resources
- Delegate project tasks on behalf of the project manager
- Develop comprehensive project plans
- Observe resource allocations
- Hold the project team accountable for its commitments
- Provide schedule status updates on a weekly basis and adapt plans
- Support the project manager in daily business

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good skills in Office software 
- Excellent skills in MS project schedule planning
- Knowledge of early warning methods like earned value management 
- Solid experience in a similar position
- PMI or IPMA certificate
- Fluency in German and English
