Our client, a prestigious global Infrastructure consultancy is seeking Senior Project Managers - Aviation - Infrastructure Consultancy for high profile projects in their Aviation practice. The Project Managers - Aviation - Infrastructure Consultancy will come from a strong consulting background and have experience of providing exceptional delivery and client management to high profile Aviation projects.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS - AVIATION - INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANCY - ROLE

- Being the day-to-day project manager £20-100m rail/infrastructure project; or Programme Manager for a £100m programme of infrastructure work
- Prospecting for new work, identifying opportunities with current and new clients, developing client relationships and leading major bids.
- On securing new work, lead the delivery of commissions, managing the delivery team consisting of both internal and external project team resources, in full compliance with Management System requirements.
- Deliver work to a high standard of client satisfaction and profitably.
- Mentoring of junior staff.
- Develop new service offerings.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS - AVIATION - INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANCY - EXPERIENCE

A high calibre and experienced Professional Project Manager with a technical background in engineering with the clear potential to develop.

- Minimum of a good first degree and CEng qualification in engineering, construction or related field.
- Project and Programme management qualifications, such as APM PQ, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable project management experience having successfully led teams on design and/or construction of infrastructure schemes.
- Experience of delivering projects from a client project management perspective. Value of project should be at least £50m construction cost, or >£100m for a programme of infrastructure projects.
- Experience of at least one area of programme management disciplines, such as benefits management, PMO, stakeholder management would be an advantage.
- Evidence of solid achievement and career development in project and programme management within the infrastructure sector supported by references.
- Current client contacts in the UK infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of infrastructure market regulation.
- Experience of business development for consulting services in infrastructure markets.
