SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER WITH CONTROLLING
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER WITH FINANCIAL CONTROLLER who can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- steer the overall financials and project portfolio views in collaboration with N4s and leadership team
- Monthly forecasting: Monitoring and tracking of all details between forecasting and actuals, as well as the sign-off of this data
- Illustrate and analyse cost efficiency and saving potentials
- reconciliation between project portfolio budgets and Book of Work Costs (includes tracking and controls for the Change the Bank and Run the Bank portfolio view)
- Close collaboration with the relevant business management stakeholders and interfaces, as well as with senior management
Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration (ideally with a specialization in Accounting) or another relevant education
- Senior level experience in controlling and reporting with a strong focus on financial budgeting
- A good understanding and strong interest for the way an IT organizations works
- Ability to drive innovation and change within the area of responsibility
- MS Excel skills on advanced level (eg with Pivot tables etc.)
- Knowledge in presenting budgeting topics in an easy to read and understandable way
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Profit and Loss experience is a strong plus
