Top Tier Financial Services organisation is seeking a proven Senior Project Manager with Telco or Contact Centre experience to work on a Telephony Transformation project.

You will lead teams to manage and execute projects (including complex and challenging projects and programs) as per agreed scope, within budget and to customer expectations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS THE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Ideally previous banking experience with at least 5+ years Project Management experience
- Proven ability to manage large complex projects in particular Contact Centre/Telephony Transformation projects
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC
- PMBOK or Prince 2 certified
- Sound Financial Control and Reporting
