Senior Project Manager, Pharmaceutical, Contract, Switzerland

For our pharmaceutical client in Basel, we are seeking a project manager.

We are seeking a project manager for one of our global pharmaceutical clients, in a project transferring products across two business units, to be responsible for all line functions and ensuring the project execution meets the planned timeline. To reach the project goals, you will be working under the global Brand Portfolio Manager.

- One-stop-shop for all third party contacts related to the project
- Develop and maintain strong network will functions
- Coordinate and manage internal Due Diligence process
- Coordination of internal communications related to the project
- Single point of contact for multiple divisions to implement the divested brands
- Support in the profit transfer made during implementation phase 1
- Thoroughly knowing agreements - and rights and obligations of each party
- Manage existing agreements
- Distribution of agreements to line functions
- Ensure the honouring of client contractual rights and obligations
- (Co-) chair Governance Committees and ensure adequate debriefing to senior management
- Identify and resolve issues - with the aim to prevent escalations
- Ensure optimal communication and collaboration internally
- Direct and manage governance activities - ensuring alignment with alliance strategy
- Complete understanding about product/alliance issues
- Ensuring higher management are informed during steering committee meetings about any alliance issues
- Supporting Legal to review agreements related to the project and ensuring the completion of contractual amendments and completion in a timely fashion
- Collaborating with our client, ensuring the engagement of involved teams in the transition plan
- Supporting the line to review the transfer plan
- Continuous improvement and innovation of guidelines and processes related to the project landscape

Your experience:

- Advanced degree, ideally in science/commercial subject. MBA is preferred.
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in a complex Matrix environment within the pharmaceutical industry
- Project management experience
- Experienced in managing conflicting priorities
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Effective communicator with analytical problem solving skills

- Business development and licensing
