For our client in KAISERAUGST we are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (PHARMA EPICX PROGRAM - PROJECT PROMIT) for A 1-year CONTRACT.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are embarking on a global project to manage the review, collaboration, and approval of promotional and non-promotional content for Commercial and Medical business teams. Veeva was selected as our Content Management Partner and Veeva Vault Promomats was selected as the industry standard platform that enables the management of content, including assets, materials, references, and scientific claims. The platform will enable us to work with and manage agencies to develop content in native formats. An important business goal is to increase reuse of assets and materials to drive consistent messaging, reduce duplication, and minimize time to market on a worldwide scale. The success of the project is also dependent on all users and project team members feeling like they are part of a high performing team delivering an ambitious project.

This position is for a Senior Project Manager who will represent IT on the Promit Project Core Team and be responsible for managing an implementation project within the Global Customer Engagement program and is focused on delivering a global solution for promotional and non-promotional content based on Veeva (Promomats). Senior IT PM is accountable for the successful implementation of technology solutions through effective planning and execution throughout all phases of our project management methodology.

You are responsible for resource management, tracking budgets and financial forecasts, creating and tracking detailed project plans, effectively leading and facilitating project meetings as well as proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues. Additionally, the person in this position must effectively manage the projects across global locations and time zones and be able to travel internationally as needed.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent IT expertise on Promit Project Core Team
- Define, plan, and direct the execution of the Promit project for our Pharma IT customers (Commercial, Medical, Legal, Affiliate stakeholders) while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk to produce a high quality product
- Bring creativity and innovation to resolves technical issues
- Work closely with Content Distribution Business Delivery Team to integrate Promomats with downstream solutions
- Oversees the integration of Promomat with SSO, GNE ESB
- Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders
- Manage relationships with various IT and business stakeholder to achieve project objectives
- Facilitate project management activities across the entire project management methodology: Ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables, track progress against baseline schedule, mange project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scope.
- Plan, baseline and control costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budget.

- Monitor, document and gain approval for changes to schedule, cost or project scope.
- Identify and apply systematic quality activities to ensure that projects employ all processes needed to meet Computer System Validation directives
- Conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis and monitoring on projects; formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies, recommend and implement solutions.
- Manage the processes required to ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, distribution, storage, retrieval, and ultimate disposition of project information and documentation necessary for successful communications across all stakeholders and any required updates to living system documents for validated systems

MUST HAVES:
- +8 years of experience as IT Project Manager (implementation projects)
- +4 years of experience with Cloud Computing
- +4 years of experience with Document Management
- +4 years of experience with GxP/CSV
- Qualifications must include knowledge of the Veeva environment, preferably the Vault and PromoMats solutions
- Experienced in risk and issue management
- Perfect English
