SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - PHARMA EXPERIENCE (M/F) - (100%)

On behalf of our client, a global worldwide pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with experience in the PHARMACEUTICAL ENVIRONMENT.
This is a long-term contracting role starting from March until end of the year 2016.
In this role the SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER will support the Program Management which is the central planning, reporting and function for the ICON 3 program. You as a key team member will be responsible for defining and managing the project scope. Other main activities of the projects will consists in requirements gathering, project scheduling and budgeting, managing project risk, developing communication plans and providing guidance to the project team etc. Finally, the Senior Project Manager will motivate the team to deliver the best results and in order to achieve the goals and objectives on time and within budgets.
YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:
- A University Degree (in Informatics, Science or equivalent) or an MBA
- At least 6 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT within global, complex Matrix and diverse environment
- MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMA/PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
- Strong experience in SAP FI-CO (AT LEAST 10 YEARS), Product Costing is a must criteria
- Experience with SAP EC/SAP CO-PC/SAP CO-PA
- Sound knowledge of standard project tools and method/methodology
- PMI certification will be a big advantage
- Proven experience in managing complex issues on global level within a multicultural environment
- Flexibility to travel
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
