Senior Project Manager (m/f) Development Interior USA

In order to support the Engineering of our customer's new Interior product launch in Fremont CA (USA), we are looking for managers who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Mission:
+ Managing and coordinating interior projects in the area of development in accordance with the customer requirements to ensure product development and support which is on schedule, adheres to the budget and the development status, from the planning phase right up to series production
+ Working out a project organisation in accordance with the internal directives
+ Project planning, ensuring the elaboration of project plans with regards to the tasks and deadlines
+ Project budget, ensuring that the project cost planning for the commissioned project
+ Project control, ensuring that the project targets are achieved with regards to keeping to the deadlines
+ Change Management, ensuring clarification of the technical implementation of change requests

Profile:
+ Technical education and university degree
+ 5 years Interior development in automotive industry as project manager
+ Analytical skills, team spirit, leadership, customer driven, cost orientation
+ Language: English, German
