I am urgently looking for a Poject Manager JMP coordinator - Customer Services (CS) for my client in brussels to start as soon possible.

My client is a well known company in brussels.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER. JOINT MIGRATION PLAN COORDINATOR

- BC/MC EMV MIGRATION + DYNAMO PROJECT
- Assure all necessary equipment to assure the Contact Center service in the new building
- Assure proper communication to team members
- Detailed planning of days of the move
- Risk management

SKILLS:

Senior Project Manager profile/Joint migration plan Coordinator

- Language: Trilingual FR/NL/ENG (Spoken and written)
- MS Office: Good knowledge of Excel and Access, Webfocus
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent planning skills
- Analytical, very punctual
- Negotiation Skills
- Reporting skills
- Telephony skills
- Affinity with electronic payment business is an advantage

ENVIRONMENT (HW/SW):

(No SW or HW development)

- Much coordination with external and internal stakeholders in order to migrate their terminals to EMV
- Coordination of internal Software loads and migration
- 13 months + contract
