Senior Project Manager for Mainframe Offloading

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER FOR MAINFRAME OFFLOADING

FOR OUR BANK CUSTOMER:

Due to increased demands from business, the customer wishes to move some selected applications from Mainframe to midrange Servers.

The PM will have the responsibility for the following tasks:

- Building the Microfocus runtime environment
- Finalizing the POC project
- Building SWAT team or Competency center for rehosting assessment and migration (3+3 FTEs)
- Building processes and alignment to line organization

We need a Senior Project Manager for Mainframe Offloading project ASAP. This project is on going and running a PoC and expect to have a contract signed before end of the year. The requested PM should take this project over ASAP and once solution/vendor is selected, do start planning for migration.

It requires a senior due to complexity and the number of stakeholders to handle. It might very well be that the allocation until New Year is 50% and then increased to 100%.
