Senior Project Manager (Credit Cards)

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (CREDIT CARDS, CARDIFF)

We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for an opportunity with a financial services organisation working around their Credit & Debit Card operations. This financial services organisation has a site for credit card operations in Cardiff, and they would like to add a Lead Project Manager to their business change team.

The successful Lead Project Manager will manage multiple workstreams aiming to improve the cards business area - covering strategic programmes that change both processes and systems within the Credit Card space.

Credit Card Lead Project Manager Criteria - must have a proven track record of:

- Credit Card or Debit Card business change programmes
- Undertaking initial impact assesments, define the scope and deliverables for workstreams
- Plan and monitor workstreams. Take responsibility for overall progress
- Manage a project RAID log, project plan, resources and feed into regular risk and governance calls
- Feed updates into overall communications plan, stakeholder plan and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Be responsible for change control reporting and implementation 
- Be responsible for overall project governance and administration
