On behalf of our client, a renowned Pharmaceutical company in Basel, Swisslinx are looking for a highly dedicated and competent Senior Project Manager/Change Manager.
This is a contract placement (100%) in Basel.
The start date is mid June. This is a one year contract.
In this challenging contract role you will be responsible for:
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities at a global level within the entire organization
Create change management strategy at program and project level
Create and maintain change management plan and integrate change management activities into overall program and project plan
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
Create and manage (stakeholder) engagement plan and manage stakeholders in the context of (organizational) change management
Track and report issues
In order to be considered for this exciting role you are required to have:
Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal (English is a must. Other languages such as German and French, Spanish are an advantage)
Experience with large-scale global organizational change efforts Change management certification or designation desired. Prosci Certification a plus
