Senior Project Manager CAFM - German - Team Lead - Change Requirement

We are currently looking for an Senior Project Manager CAFM for a global company based in Basel (Switzerland), this is a short term contract.

The aim of the project is to continue the Basel site CAFM (computer aided facility management) project based on the software Planon in phase 2. There currently appear more and more changes that will need to be implemented (as a change), eg replacement of the tools that were used before. Therefore, analysing skills are important as well as communication, since this will then need to be communicated to the users and/or even trained.

Requirements:

- Senior Project Management (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Ability to analyze and assess the business need and assess using IT solution architecture principles
- Ability to challenge requirements, identifying standard vs. custom solutions
- Ability to manage a project team (4-6 persons)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- GERMAN AND ENGLISH AS A MUST
- Experience in IT related to CAFM, building engineering/facility/infrastructure projects is a plus

Nice to Have:

- Planon experience
- PMM
- Experience working in Pharma industry
