For a short term project at our Insurance client site in Zurich, we are looking for a management-level

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE/PERFORMANCE REPORTING (4722)

The ideal candidate will work on the Project Group Performance Reporting Framework. Our client is in the process of redesigning it's reporting structures and is in need of a conceptually strong Senior Project Manager.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- SOUND BACKGROUND IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH HEAVY IT AND BUSINESS IMPACT WITHIN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY
- STRONG CAPABILITIES IN METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS TO EVALUATE REPORTING SOLUTIONS WITH COMPANY-WIDE REACH
- IMPECABLE LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO DRIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF A DEFINED SET OF FEATURES THROUGH ALL PHASES (EG CONCEPT PHASE, APPROVAL PHAESE WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT, IMPLEMENTATION PHASE)
- PMP certification would be a big plus
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conceptualize and definde a consistent and modular group performance reporting framework (stakeholders are eg Executive Mgmt, Finance, Reporting units), KPIs, methodology and calculation, data sourcing standards and logic, potential IT change requests to existing performance reporting DWH/other source systems
- Framework scope covers 7-10 reporting products
- Identify potentials for report production automation and define standard operating procedures for report production and maintenance
- Onboard existing BoD/C-level report into performance reporting framework
- Manage the change requests and integrate impacts into plans
- Ensure adherence to project management standards
- Plan for execution of all engineering and non engineering activities within the project by using previous best practices from organizations process asset library
- Identify and manage risks to the project
