Corporate & Public Bank Belgium (CPBB) is the business unit that manages the client relations with large Belgian companies & public institutions. It covers the coverage units Commercial
Banking, Corporate Banking and Public Banking in Belgium.
The CPBB Marketing & Communication Department reports directly to the Head of CPBB. It is composed of five units: Marketing Analytics &
Research, Client Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development and Communication.
Client Marketing is responsible for the creation & implementation of the Marketing Strategy and the related marketing projects, the organization of
focused commercial actions and the enhancement of the sales effectiveness of CPBB in general.

Function Description
° Assist Head of Client Marketing in the realization of strategic marketing analyses and reflections
° Perform PMO for key marketing programmes (e.g. CPBB multi-channel programme) and act as interface with the Program Manager, Work stream Lead and project team
° Actively participate in and/or manage project delivery
° Support change management during the implementation phases
° Facilitate and manage meetings
° Coordinate and contribute to the realization of documents for senior management presentations (e.g. business update)

Education
Master degree (preferably Economics, Business administration, or Engineering)

Languages Requirement
French Good written and spoken communication skills

Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Good expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Business Experience
Mandatory
° Relevant experience in managing and/or delivering projects within the financial services industry
° Strong experience in preparing presentations for senior management level

Preferable
° Experience working in a business-to-business (B2B) banking environment with a sound understanding of
Marketing & Sales functions is considered an asset
° Experience working on strategic marketing related topics
° Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
° Experience in service concepts and customer experience initiatives
