IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Lead, plan, and direct project teams according to Project Management standards
-Work with service managers, KAMs and IM project managers as required to define requirements and cost-benefit analysis and manage/control the project scope
-Ensure project's timely and qualitative delivery on budget
-Prepare and maintain project plans and provide regular project status reports
-Track project progress with respect to schedule, budget, and demonstrated project benefits
-Drive and deliver project outcomes and transfer them to operations
-Manage stakeholder expectations and project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID)
-Communicate with stakeholders, management and project team as well as external suppliers and contractors, as required
-Organise and supervise the appropriate involvement of project resources

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience as Information Technology Project Manager using structured project management processes
-Deep understanding of various SDLCs (Waterfall, Agile, iterative, prototyping etc.)
-Conduct proactive critical path and risk management for the project and take appropriate mitigation strategies
-Demonstrated ability to obtain results in a global matrix environment
-Ability to see interrelationships of a project across "the big picture" and understand dependencies to other projects
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
-Demonstrated success in communicating across a variety of audiences, including business people and technologists (both up and down the organisation)
-Expertise in business analysis
-Fluency in English, in both verbal and written form
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in marketing is of advantage
