Senior Project Manager

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, REGULATORY; WEALTH MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SERVICES - GLOBAL PRIVATE BANK

Mandarin-speaking Regulatory Senior PM required to interact with IT teams based in Singapore ensuring global responsibility of projects and evaluations complying with WMIS standards. This individual will be required to lead numerous projects relating to regulations including FATCA.

MAIN MISSIONS OF THE ROLE;

- Lead projects with rigor and high level standards in PM activities
- Lead the elaboration of functional solutions with users, Business Management and IT Managers.
- Bring added value to both the IT tools functionality and operational processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Define requirements focusing on users needs
- Drive and challenge business units of how plans will be successfully executed
- Collaborate with developers and SME's to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
- Act as liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams
- Actively work with Operation BA Domain Head (located in Geneva, Switzerland) to manage the growth of the team part located in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS;

- Experienced profile - minimum of 10 years in IT project management/banking industry, including wealth management
- Strong experience/knowledge on BANKING REGULATIONS, INCLUDING FATCA/AUTOMATIC EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION.
- Good understanding of Management domains and activities (Front to Back Office/Credit/AML/Finance)
- Results oriented individual with strong autonomy
- VERY GOOD PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH & MANDARIN ESSENTIAL.
