Senior Project Manager

We are seeking to hire two Iteration Managers who will provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills supporting the development of our E-commerce solutions.

We are looking for people with a combination of technical and project management skills who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is team centric and highly collaborative. We are looking for people who have proven track records of being solution and delivery focused, and who can lead strategic, cross-functional, business facing and technical initiatives. You will be an experienced Agile practitioner, have excellent logic and problem solving skills and a visible drive to make a difference. We need individuals that put the team before themselves. You will be responsible for ensuring Agile is understood and enacted, removing blockers from their team while promoting self-management, and constantly maximizing the value created by our development teams.

We will be happy to go over additional specific information about our role with you. Below are the experience and skills we are looking for;

- Must have 3-4+ years IT experience
- Must have 2+ years E-commerce or web development experience
- Must have 1+ years of ScrumMaster experience
- Must possess a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience
- Must have experience in overseeing budgets of at least $2 million
- Preference for a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
- Preference for hands-on project management experience in an Agile environment
- Preference for experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
- Preference for direct experience in a web, Java, XML, RDBMS development environment
- Preference for experience in a retail or commercial product environment
