Senior Project Leader Netbase

Projektbeschreibung
Our client is looking for A SENIOR PROJECT LEADER to provide support for a project NetBASE.
Working place: Dübendorf, with presence in Geneva 1 day a week
Date of entry: as soon as possible
Contract Period: until 30.06.2017
Working percentage: 80 %
Mission:
Network Project/Change Management under the lead of the assigned Project/Short-tracks/Budget owners:
- Lead planning, organization and controlling of resources, procedures and protocols to achieve the specific project/major short tracks goals
- Lead the change/project team which is responsible to deliver expected results according to projects plans
- Lead the provision of all necessary deliverables, in particular documentation (NELCH and PMHB), and ensure the quality of those deliverables
- Enforce information distribution, as well as manage stakeholder expectations
Responsible to achieve the following duties by:
- Leading and supervising the teams made up of skyguide staff and also providers
- Acting as point of contact between the various businesses and technical domains involved in the projects
- Assessing the risks of the projects and escalating them to the project stakeholders
- Actively participating within the project team, takes into account:
The appropriateness of the selected solutions (according to the network architecture)
The feasibility of the selected solutions, as they are being implemented
The conformance of the installations concerned by his/her project(s)
Expert in planning
Responsible to achieve the following duties by:
- Elaborating of medium - and long - term planning
- Building agreements with managers, especially in terms of resources availability and deadlines
- Collaborating in the deployment of communication systems, especially new technologies
- Experience within Skyguide (a big plus)
Your Profil:
- Telecom Engineering (EPF/ETH) or equivalent university degree
- At least 5 years on the job experience
- Ability to quickly understand business needs and to take initiatives and decisions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Stress resistant
- fluent in English (both oral and written), very good command of German and French
