IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Managing individual projects or large subprojects. Ensuring performance in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
-Analyzing and substantiating the project idea.
-Assessing the project ideas in term of feasibility, economy, risks and success factors accaording to the portfolio management.
-Elaborating project charters with targets, resources, milestones, cost, expenses, process model, project plan, risk plan and project organisation.
-Transforming and aligning the project proposal to an approved project mandate.
-Consolidating the status reports of projects, assessing and giving reasons for divergence of the master plan.
-Reporting according to informaton plan and initiating necessary arrangements.
-Creating the final project report and documenting the lessons learned.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Fluent English language
-Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company
-Experience with managing global projects
-Working experience in a virtual environment
-Degree in Computer Science or similar is desired
