Senior Project Leader (HIGH TECH Environment)

For the customers Program Management department we are looking for 3 PL's who are experienced and interested to work in one of these following areas:
-Industrialization: alignment of the different requirements and working close together with the D&E department.
-Service Process Design: alignment of technical processes with clients
-Supply Chain Engineering: alignment of technical processes with suppliers

Start: ASAP
Duration: long term
Place: the Netherlands - Eindhoven

Experience
-At least 5-7 year of Project lead experience in a high tech environment (machine or automotive industry).
-Hands on working experience as an engineer in the field of optica, contamination, temperature control, mechanics or mechatronics.

Educational background
-bsc/msc/Phd in mechanics

Top 3 technical skills

-Looking for someone who can deep into technical knowledge processes and like to do this (problem solve mentality)

Main tasks
-Lead the team meetings and monitor the progress
-Involving stakeholders in making decisions
-Involving stakeholders by presenting the results
-Reviewing and planning own engineering team (10-20 people)

Personal skills

-Good communicator, strong personal skills, having an own opinion
