My client, a leading IT & Telecommunications company require an IMMEDIATELY available Senior Project, Change or PMO Manager. The candidate would be required to come in, own and manage the implementation of a resource management & PPM tool cover multiple business units, PM's and Project Office staff. Responsibilities for the role include: - Upgrade of the existing application - Rollout additional PPM capability - Define the process change roadmap and change management strategy - Identify business needs and determine best solutions to those problems Candidates should also demonstrate the following Competencies/Qualities: - Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges that currently exist - Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing practices and users mind-sets - The ability to inspire and lead a team through change - Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations - Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of best practices when solving business problems - Able to extract business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis Knowledge of Changepoint or a similar application would be a distinct advantage. The candidate must be available for an immediate start (early June) for a minimum term contract of 3 months with a view to extend this contract. Berkshire - Minimum 3 months - Market Rate
