Senior Program Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will own the program from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and maintaining budget/spending
-Maintaining accurate project information, formulations and specifications
-Tracking all aspects of a successful product development throughout all development phases
-Collaborating with quality and operations departments to create and review specifications and finished products as needed as well as with product management for feature and change request management
-Working collaboratively with cross functional teams including personnel in quality control, marketing, purchasing, operations, and finance on new product development and product technical issues; lead collaboration in an international team
-Prioritizing and managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experienced project manager/program manager with a proven track record of leading, driving and successfully closing projects in a complex, global matrix organization, ideally you are qualified as PMP (PMI)
-Ability to guide complex programs to develop systems utilizing a repeatable approach
-Proven knowledge and experience running programs utilizing a formal development lifecycle process
-Leadership experience delivering on time, on quality, on cost programs – able to clearly articulate the business case
-Willing to work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop the Program to succeed
-Experience building high confidence plans and communicating the critical success strategies in a confident manner
-Proficient at presenting to executives and articulating clearly the plans and actions of the team
-Fluently English is mandatory, German language skills are a plus
