Senior Program Manager Governance (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Responsible for governing the Global Project Portfolio of the strategic initiatives
- Strenghten the collaboration between Business and IT along the entire IT solution delivery life cycle
- Plan, check and report Business & IT initiatives across the various IT Delivery Teams (located in EU) and their suppliers, to insure delivery targets and proactively govern issues
- Ensure IT teams are adequately staffed and manage suppliers for the flawless execution of projects
- Forecast and track resource consumption to insure IT costs are within Capex and Opex forecasts  
- Work closely with IT and Business Owners from demand to project and transition to operations phases, acting as best-in-class facilitator and continuously iterating and improving the IT Delivery and the Business requirement definition, while assessing risk, anticipating and mitigating potential blockers
- Propose solutions to complex issues in various IT Application domains, and ensure project scope is clearly defined, documented, and tracked
- Own tracking and mitigating risk and issues across the portfolio and establish process to surface, escalate and resolve
- Lead the IT Organization to the industrialization of IT Demand and IT Project processes and elevate the collaboration with the Business to new performance standards

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience in a leadership role in an IT or large scale digital initiative program delivery role, with experience in management consulting
- Extensive experience leading large-scale technology/IT implementations
- Experience moving a large, technology org through an agile transformation and strong working knowledge of scaled agile framework
- Ability to develop strong relationship with business stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of PMO methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and interpersonal/group communication skills 
- Broad knowledge in IT systems development is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, any other European language is an advantage
- Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering (any), Information Technology or a related field
