IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Providing non-executive sponsorship and program management for the Data Centre program
-Ensuring delivery with appropriate governance and internal and external transparency
-Lead the Network health check of the Swiss data centers and oversee any identified remediation and resolution activities, through structured program approach
-Manage through program governance, all initiatives from early inception to successful end of warranty to ensure formal rigor is applied to the program
-Develop and maintain internal and external executive support and sponsorship to ensure sufficient internal and external stakeholder buy-in and to enable delivery of the Data Centre health check
-Resolve prioritization issues to ensure that the program is adequately staffed
-Creation and maintenance of health check tracking approaches to ensure all initiatives, their value and investment cost issues can be monitored at a program level
-Influence internal Domain Leads and management team to ensure the needs of Operating Companies and the Health Check Agenda are understood and the program is treated as a priority
-Manage the resolution of inter-dependencies between projects and mitigation of risks and issues to ensure that the program can be swiftly delivered
-Resolve escalated, complex architectural, process and service requirements and issues generated to ensure smooth implementation completion

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Exceptional Senior Executive Stakeholder Management experience
-Senior Program Management experience
-Strategic understanding of IT services and technology
-English language skills are essential; German language skills are a big plus
-Ability to compare and surmise business, commercial and technical requirements and make appropriate recommendations
-Experience in managing Data Centre related network programs
-Ability to build-up and maintain relationships with customers (Operating Companies)
-Ability to demonstrate out of box thinking and constructively challenge the status quo
-Strong management skills within a technical environment, displaying proven ability to develop and deliver IT solutions and services
-Self-driven and highly result oriented
-Ability to communicate/present ideas & solutions to audiences of all levels/nationalities adapting style accordingly
-Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation)
