Senior Product Manager

Dynamic Fortune 500 organization is looking for a SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER for a 4 year project in Dunwoody, GA.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Product development and management for voice and messaging products
- Works directly with key stakeholders and boundary partners to develop product roadmaps, vision and strategies
- Oversee the program's end to end backlog, prioritization, development, integration, deployment and sustained support
- Helps manage program budget life cycle planning, forecasting and execution
- Successfully builds intentional human networks of partner organizations to drive the implementation of voice networks
- Collaborates across execution organizations to develop and drive common vision
- Identifies industry trends, services and/or capabilities that may be beneficial to product offerings
- Manage the Product development process across organizations by ensuring clear direction is communicated to engineering and operations teams when defining and prioritizing features, enhancements, platform improvements, and customer requests.
- Facilitate productive cross-portfolio and cross-functional relationships via effective and consistent communication.
- Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Perform regular operation reviews and status updates.
- Coach and develop the team of product managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience with telecommunications offerings
- Experience in management of service to SLA targets and corrective measures/escalations.
- Experience with agile development processes and monthly or weekly product release cycles.
- Natural ability to relate to customers and prospects and communicate their needs internally.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong technical or business skills with a Bachelor's degree engineering, business administration or related field.
