Senior Product Management Manager of Managed Service - Managed IT

Overview

The senior Product Management Manager of Managed Service - Managed IT is responsible for the Requirement Management of Data center management, or ICT Service, Product Portfolio Planning and  road map of Managed Service, E2E Product Management from Product Charter, Development Planning, Road Map and Go to Market preparation according to Company process/standard.

Roles and Responsibility

1. Marketing in-sight and Product Management of the Managed IT Service Area which is including, but not limited to:

Customer's Pain Point and Marketing in Sight of Managed IT Service.

Customer Requirement of Carrier ITO, and Network + IT Convergency

Development and Customization of New Business Model and MS solution for Customer TVO.

Market Trend and Value Proposition of Managed IT/ICT Services solution.

2. Managed ITO Charter and Product Development Road Map, and MS IT/ICT DCP support. 

3. Development of Managed IT Product While paper. and Pricing Strategy..

4. Product Portfolio Planning and Development of Managed Service.

5. Proactively supporting global service project activities, such as proposal generation, presentation generation, Business Case generation, Due Diligence generation.

Job Requirement

1. At least 10 years work experiences of Global telecom vendors or IT service provider in the Network and IT operation area,

2. Broad knowledge in Carrier Network and IT planning?integration and Operation,

3. Strong skills in sales/develop/delivery/management in ITO field including Data Center, server/storage/network, security, DR, Cloud computing, Virtualization and corresponding professional services.

4. Strong experienced as role of ITO Service Solution Architecture/Consultant/Subject Matter Expert

5. Strong experience of IT/CT product/service/solution planning and management

6. Effective communication to customer at all level, with professional presentation skill in fluent English Language (both oral and written).

7. Knowledge in eTom, ITIL, and or ICT industrial standard .

8. Project Management skills an advantage

9. Degree in Communication & IT. Master degree is preferable.
