Role Purpose:
The Fleet Senior Procurement Specialist will manage a portfolio of Fleet contracts to support the efficient and compliant operation of the client's Company Car Fleet.

Accountabilities:
Excellent organisational skills including data and document management
Experience working with Microsoft Office packages, specifically excel spreadsheets and MS Powerpoint and word
Fleet professional with at least 5 years experience of Managing large outsourced company car contracts

Key Tasks:
*Works with The Category Manager Fleet team to execute the category sourcing activities of the teams objectives by providing technical support in Managing all fleet related contracts
*Manage Company Car Voucher review with HR Business Partners.
*Manage day to day operation of the Company Car Fleet.
*Manage strategic partnership with outsourced Fleet Management provider
*Manage other fleet related outsourced contracts, including Incident Management and Driver Risk Management.
*Leading Fleet related discussions with Internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
*Develops operational level customer/LoB, and supplier relationships
*Provide general support for projects and other sub categories as needed
