Senior Process and Change Specialist

OUR CLIENT URGENTLY REQUIRE A SENIOR PROCESS AND CHANGE SPECIALIST TO JOIN THE TEAM IN MILTON KEYNES ON A CONTRACT BASIS TO PROVIDE OPTIMISATION OF SERVICE DELIVERY PROCESSES, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT TOOLS AND METHODOLOGY.

The successful candidate will drive towards a culture of continuous improvement across the department to improve quality and consistency of service delivery, and effectiveness of business processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Develop and deliver structured change management activities.
- Develop and deliver quality management activities in line with ISO 9001
- Act as Delivery Manager and ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality.
- Develop and deliver training on a range of new and improved processes within the department, and in doing so, encourage self and peer assessments to identify risks, issues and further opportunities.
- Research industry best practice and lessons learned on process improvements and feed into new and improved processes.
- Develop and deliver and series of audits/reviews to identify and maintain adherence to processes and make recommendations for improvement.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential

- Degree level qualification in a relevant subject
- Professional qualification or experience in a process management and development techniques
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong people and influencing skills
- Exceptional communication skills - both written, verbal and listening

Desirable

- Willing to challenge the status-quo
- Stakeholder Management
- Qualification in Project Management
- Qualification and/or experience and knowledge of change management principles
- Qualification and/or experience in Quality Management eg ISO 9001
