My client is searching for a Senior Practitioner to join their Safeguarding and Assessment Team in South West England. The county has decided to mix the Referral and Assessment (R&A) team and the Child Protection (CP) team, making the position more exciting because it will allow you to enjoy the diversity of a role that combines two teams together.

The team is made up of just 7 Qualified Social Workers, meaning that you will have a small and concise team to supervise. This will offer you the opportunity to focus on creating a more dynamic and structured unit, which will give a more productive working environment allowing you to see the results of your work.

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 4 years experience in Children & Families Services, in the UK. Also you will have a full UK driving license, own car and HCPC registration.

This is a 3 months contract role, with the possibility to be extended or even become permanent. The pay rate ranges between £32 to £34per hour, depending on experience.
