Job description
This service will provide a dual role:

As PMO on a set of activities to promote the standardization and implementation of good practice in:
improving the project management must include MOA and MOE
support for scheduling and project selection : scoring position and time
Coordination and monitoring of sites cross in the accounting field and Casualty Insurance Life.
The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of yards cross with stakeholders assigns roles and different responsibilities such as:
Contribute to the needs analysis for the preparation steps implemented ( functional area : P & C/Property & Casuality )
Ensure coordination ENTERED various stakeholders
Scheduling activities in time to meet the constraints
Have a good command of the tasks entrusted and ensure on-time delivery, quality solutions and on budget.
Provide regular synthetic vision of the progress of activities
Assist in the implementation of best practices and to build an action plan for increasing the skills of the teams
Transverse positioning vis-à- vis the organization of the Department, provide a catalyst between the various stakeholders.

Mandatory requirements
Knowledge of life insurance and property and casualty
Must be FRENCH speaking
