Senior PMO Bilingual in French and English

Bilingual FRENCH and ENGLISH Senior PMO with International Experience

My Client, a Global Insurance company, are looking to hire a Senior PMO to provide assistance to the Solvency II Project Manager.

Recent experience in and Insurance environnmenet, an International background and Fluency in both FRENCH and ENGLISH are all crutial for this position which will be based in Paris.

THE ROLE:

- Preparing and updating the overall planning of the Solvency II programme, including all workstreams
- Monitoring the SharePoint where the informationg on the programme is stored
- Budget monitoring
- Organizing the incident management, and procedure for escalation
- Provide ongoing reporting on work in progress to Head of Predential Affairs
- Give regular reporting to Solvency II governance instances (Operational Steering Commitee, Strategic Steering Commitee) on budget, progress, management of risks and issues

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

- Fluency in both French and English
- Experience with Global Companies and an International Background with an interest in multi-cultural environments
- Previous experience on major programmes and managed budgets of €1M+
- Ability to plan multiple workstreams, dependencies and critical path analysis
- Excellent SharePoint knowledge, ability to manage the documentation/tracking of the programme
- Keep to the overall budget, interaction with different stakeholders
- Recent Insurance experience
- Ideally a knowledge of Solvency II requirements (not vital)

This position is based in France and you are expected to work in Paris full-time.
