Je functie: Context
Our company centralized all End to End Program/Project Managers (E2E PM) for strategic projects of the Bank in 1 department, called the Project & Portfolio
Management Department. The PPM department is organised per domain (Lending, Channels, Invest,…)
The Solar project within the lending domain is the flagship for Lending and wants to develop a new acquisition tool for individual clients (first focus
mortgage loans) by end of 2015/continuation in 2016. This in order to replace the current asset, taking into account the lessons learned and
future challenges. It is a project with a lot of top management attention, it applies the agile methodology and outsources its main components in
collaboration with E&Y and TCS (Tata consulting). A fundamental pillar for the program is the focus on customer experience and customer journey.
This program is part of program Bank for the Future (BFF)

Function Description
Experienced End to End Project Manager
° who steers and works d2d in close collaboration with his core team members: Product-, Process- & System representative
° who does the necessary stakeholders management
° manages the project and his scope per release, more concretely follow up of planning, R&I and budget in order to deliver what is
requested

Required knowledge / Experience: 15 years of relevant experience.
Experience
° Delivery of large projects/programs (>5Mio€) with multiple releases
° Proven experience of minimum 15 years in a professional environment as project/program manager
° Experience in managing relations with a large variety of stakeholders throughout the entire BNPPF organization on (senior) management
and Executive Board + Group level
° Experience in complex projects touching multiple domains in a transversal way and with impacts on different (Group) assets
° Agile/ Scrum techniques and waterfall
° Pioneering role: experience with new and innovative (project management) methodologies and/or environment
° Exposure to Change Management activities (impact on processes, people & organisation)
° Capable of quickly understanding and analyzing key project challenges.
° Managing risks & issues with ad-hoc prioritization.
° Recurrent managing interdependencies with other projects on continuous basis
° Budget follow up in a multi funding context
° Experience in financial services projects
