POSITION: Senior Planner
JOB TYPE: Contract (6 months Initially)
SKILLS: Planning, Systems, Shipbuilding/Marine, Defence
LOCATION: Cumbria easily commutable from Lancaster, Barrow in Furness, Morecombe and with excellent access from The Lake District
RATE: £45.00 per hour

OUTSOURCE UK LTD IS ACTIVELY SEEKING TO RECRUIT A SENIOR PLANNER FOR A CONTRACT ROLE ON BEHALF OF A CLIENT.

THE CLIENT:
A leading Engineering and Defence organisation

THE JOB:
The successful Senior Planner candidate should have a good understanding in the following:
A good understanding of the principles of Network Planning
A good understanding of the major MPMP components
A proficient user of modern planning systems
A recognised Shipbuilding/marine related trade and/or good product knowledge.
Skilled in use of standard Microsoft packages

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
Be a proficient user of modern planning systems
Developed communications Skills
Fully competent in understanding of the principles of a Planning Process
Skilled in the use of standard Microsoft packages
Trade and or Planning experience
Submarine or Shipbuilding experience
Experience of Primavera Planning software
