My client describes themselves as the PHP King! They are looking for a senior PHP developer to add to their team. Specializing in performance- based online marketing, they generate large volumes of leads for major brands such as WE Fashion, Travel Auctions, Thomas Cook and Expedia.

Translating business requirements into code is one of your most important skills . Perhaps more important than the making of these features is provide scalability , reliability, security and manageability of your solutions . You will be structured in your approach, but flexible enough to adapt to different situation.

You have a broad knowledge of the tools , techniques and standard solutions that exist and can be used on each project. A small list of techniques that we use : MySQL , Memcached , MongoDB , Redis , Gearman , Zend Framework , Doctrine , Silex .

You will have:

Minimum 5 years experience as a senior PHP developer in a team of at least 5 developers

Experience with version control systems- preferably GIT

Pragmatic and eye for business requirements

Team player and good communication skills

The following are also and advantage:

Knowledge of Zend Framework

Experience with Linux server management

Knowledge of NoSQL databases ( redis / MongoDB )

Experience with Agile methodologies ( eg Scrum )
