Senior Payroll Executive

This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees of their salary and any other authorized payment. There will also be responsibility to pay any third party creditors associated with payroll, provide breakdowns and reports as requested by management or by official bodies (etc. CSA, HMRC), answer employee queries and act-up in the absence of the UK Payroll Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

◦Produce manual calculations as and when required and verify other team member's manual calculations

◦Complete reconciliations when required

◦Arrange payments to third party creditors associated with payroll and ensure sufficient records are kept

◦Keep up to date with all payroll legislation changes and share knowledge with colleagues

◦Create and post payroll cost related journals

Salary: £30000 - £33000 per annum + Bonus+ Bens. Date posted: 27/06/2013
