-Development and implementation of targeted stakeholder communication plans

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Project management certification and/or ITIL certification
-Profound experience in full life cycle of two or more organizational change management projects in a complex matrix environment
-Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills as well as influencing and negotiating skills required
-Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change
-Experience in development and implementation of communication plans and change management plans and experience with PROSCI
-Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as critical success factor as is ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
-Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
