Senior Oracle/PL/SQL/Unix Systems Lead - Banking A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading bank based in Canary Wharf for a Senior Oracle, PLSQL, Unix Systems Lead. This systems Lead would be responsible for leading the development for the banks core risk and trade database system. This system is responsible for taking extremely high and complex regulatory and trading data from various sources and calculating risk. This Senior Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix Systems Lead would be responsible for the design, build out and overall architecture as well as leading the development teams in regards to the hands on development of the system. This Oracle/PL/SQL, Unix Lead would also be expected to be hands-on with development for the most critical development aspects and be expected to contribute towards the future strategic direction of the systems and would be viewed within the team as the Development Subject Matter Expert. To be considered for this role you must have. - Strong Development Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL and be an expert with Oracle Performance. - Good experience with Unix - Good ETL experience or knowledge. - Experience with Design and Architecture and understanding how systems are build back to front.
